Light switches included are basic single pole 120v 15A switches and 120v 20A duplex outlets. Dimmer switches, 3 and 4 way switching, usb outlets, GFCI outlets, and 240V outlets are excluded in this pricing.

Price is based on 12 month commitment.

Light bulb replacement is for all bulbs 10' or less from the floor. Over 10' is additional charge discussed with the homeowner. Sometimes we can use an extension and other times, we may need to build scaffolding.
